When I ask you about your “parts down there”…
How do you react?
With a coy smile?
With an embarrassed flush?
With a quizzical look – because you don’t know what I’m talking about? 😉
Our “lady parts” don’t get a lot of airtime.
Which is a shame, because Dr. Rebecca Rosenblat considers “pussy power” an ESSENTIAL part of being a sensual goddess.
Dr. Rebecca is a clinical sexologist who embodies mature sensuality.
She came onto my show last month to share tips for feeling Sexy at Any Age.
I recently got to hang out with Dr. Rebecca and my friend Terah Harrison on Terah’s podcast, The Shameless Sexual Revolution.
In this hour-long discussion, Dr. Rebecca invites us to cultivate a relationship with the center of our femininity.
(She challenges me and Terah to come up with nicknames for our lady parts – you’ll have to listen to find out what they are!)
Warning: This is NSFW (Not Safe For Work), so make sure to pop your headphones in!

Terah Harrison
Terah is a licensed professional counselor and host of the podcast Make More Love Not War. Her goal is to help people have more sex and fight less. She discovered the need for her podcast through working with male clients at her private practice in Fort Worth, Texas. Most of these men were striving to be better partners, but their strategies to achieve this only made things worse. She wondered what would happen if men had a free, easily-accessible resource to help them understand women better—and her podcast Make More Love Not War was born. Find out how you can work with Terah.
