How can I be sexier?
The short answer is your pleasure.
We tend to think of sexy as something we see. A pop star shaking her booty. Luscious red lips. A glimpse of skin.
That’s not sexy.
Sexy is a feeling. It’s the activation of sexual energy in your body. You know you’ve got your sexy on when you feel incredibly alive in every inch of your body.
The fastest way to kill your sexy is to look in the mirror. You pose. You ponder. You pick apart your flaws. You’re trying to see yourself as he would see you. You’re trying to perform sexy, rather than be sexy.
The best way to get back into your body and awaken every inch of sensuality is to develop a Pleasure Practice.
Start noticing what gives you physical pleasure. What makes your body feel warm, tingly, relaxed, like it’s melting inside? Don’t get distracted by things you think you enjoy. If your body doesn’t respond, it’s not real pleasure.
Then take time every day to awaken your body through pleasure.
