Let’s kick off the week with an in-your-face question:
“If I really believed in myself, what would I be doing differently?”
This question hits me hard.
I’ve been in survival mode since 2020. Just getting through the year. Hoping the next year will better. Finding out it’s not. 🙁
But “Dream big” doesn’t feel like the right theme for this year. Not when the world is this crazy. Not when things are so hard for so many people.
The truth is:
I’m drained.
I’ve poured so much energy into caring about the world and loved ones that I don’t have a lot left to care about myself.
It got me wondering:
What if I redirected even a fraction of that energy toward my own life?
Ever wondered that?
What energy could you free up by thinking about yourself instead of everyone else all the time?
What do you want over the next 5 years?
What isn’t working anymore and needs to be changed?
What risk do you need to take?
What boundary do you need to set?
What relationship do you need to end?
What conversation do you need to have?

Let us know what you think!
