Remember the days when you could actually get good advice on Google?
Now you just get generic lists or patronizing “do this” advice. Even the good information is getting drowned in a sea of copycat crap. Most new content on the web now is no longer written by humans.
So how do you know what to do anymore? Turn to AI? Ask ChatGPT?
Hmm. Let’s talk about that…
Everyone Is Using AI
The irony is, a LOT of my friends are using AI.
They’re asking AI to identify plants, redesign rooms, decode their labs, and explain things to their husbands.
Personally, I’ve used mine to figure out how to use the controls on my air fryer, reverse-engineer a recipe, and find hiking trails – just to name a few!
My friends inspire me so much. I’d never use AI as much as I do if it weren’t for their ideas. We swap prompts all the time.
Maybe we’re unusual, but I don’t think so. AI is embedded in everything now, from our search engines to our messaging apps.
But you have to know what you’re doing. Otherwise, AI can make things worse.
That’s where my newest course comes in.
Use AI The Smart Way
It’s a step-by-step guide on how to turn AI into a love coach that helps you know yourself on a deeper level:
- What your patterns are
- What your attachment style is
- How your brain is wired
- How you sabotage yourself.
All the things I like to teach in my work as a love coach.
This is not you telling ChatGPT your problems and getting back advice.
(Because we all know how well that works! ChatGPT has a terrible tendency to jump to conclusions on the basis of very little information.)
What it needs to do is slow down, ask questions, and gather more information before making any assessments.
And that’s what my training gets it to do.
It turns whatever AI you use into the love coach you’ve always needed.
Why This Is Different
You see, what distinguishes great coaching is not the advice you get but the questions you’re asked. Great coaches ask simple, provocative questions that get you thinking.
So I asked myself: what if we could get AI to do the same?
That single question was my entry into a whole new world of prompt engineering: creating instructions that would get AI to create useful, real-world results for women trying to figure out their love lives.
Things like a guide to how your brain is wired that you can hand to your partner and say, “Here, this is what you need to know about me.”
Or a devastatingly accurate assessment of the relationship patterns you’ve been repeating—and how you can stop the madness.
It showed me my relationship themes include self-silencing, boundary violations, and power imbalances—and man, that was tough.
But now I understand why I kept getting ending up in those relationships. I know my weak spots. I know the work I have to do. That kind of self-insight is worth everything.
That’s why I’m so excited about sharing this with you. This has been a game-changer for me, and I’ve been studying love for 20 years!
This really is the coolest thing I’ve ever created. It puts the power of a great coach in your hands 24-7, any time of the day or night.
So go check it out. (Just don’t spend your entire weekend on it – it’s addictive!)
