Here are two of my “animal soulmates.”
This was my baby.
Che lived to be over 15 years old and passed away a few years ago. He was a hero among cats.
This was Coxi.
He wasn’t even my dog. He belonged to my best friend when I was living overseas. (That’s why he was skinny. Dogs didn’t get fed much there. I used to sneak him rice and bananas.)
Leaving Coxi behind broke my heart.
