In the 20th Century:
The better your body, the more fun you have in bed.
In the 21st Century:
The more you enjoy your body, the more fun you have in bed.
Women with slim, gorgeous bodies have it easy.
They don’t get embarrassed when they take their clothes off in front of someone new.
They don’t have any shame or body hang-ups.
Are you one of them?
Or are you one of the millions of women who finds that worrying about your body gets in the way of what you do in the bedroom?
Here’s the crazy thing…
Even women you perceive as “slim and gorgeous” worry about their body.
Even those women let their body hang-ups interfere with what they do in bed.
It’s easy to believe that all your problems would be solved if only you had a better body.
But losing weight won’t fix how naked and vulnerable you feel.
Research shows men love all kinds of bodies, but the bodies they love best belong to the women they love.
They find it hard, though, when their beloved doesn’t love her body as much as they love her body.
It’s her insecurities, not her physique, that interrupts pleasure in the bedroom.
Or, in science speak:
Subjective body image has more influence on a woman’s overall and sexual functioning than her actual body dimensions.”1
So learn to love your beautiful body.
If you can’t see its beauty, borrow your partner’s eyes.
P.S. Is what you’re doing in the bedroom putting a smile on your face?
If your smile is a bit lopsided (or nonexistent), this free presentation will show you why.
